Hi all, just a quick blog as we approach our final countdown to take off and to see if this blog works as we hope it should.
We are spending our last few days in NZ with Rachael and Robin, Jamie and Olly and it is hot, hot, hot. We have been swimming to cool down most days at the area school pool and it has been like a bath. Last minute acquisions have been made and back packs hoisted onto shoulders as a test - I failed miserably so everything was reduced and packed again. Yeh - my pack is now 1kg lighter than Garys which must be a first.
